1. On-Site Quality Guarantee & Inspection
To ensure every order meets our quality standards and your expectations, we require a full inspection at the time of delivery.
Defects or Damage
If any structural defects or transit damage are discovered while our delivery team is still on-site, the item will be immediately taken back, and you may choose between:

A full refund, or
-
A replacement at no additional cost
Final Acceptance
Once the delivery team leaves and the delivery is signed for, the item is considered accepted in good structural condition.
2. 7-Day "Change of Mind" Return Policy
If you change your mind after the delivery team has left, you may request a return within 7 days.
Condition
The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.
Pickup & Restocking Fee
Because solid teak furniture is large, heavy, and requires specialized handling, a flat-rate pickup and restocking fee of 2,500 THB will apply to all "Change of Mind" returns.
3. Natural Characteristics (Non-Refundable)
Every piece of Villa Teak furniture is handmade from natural timber. The following are natural characteristics of authentic craftsmanship and are not considered defects or grounds for a refund:

Natural variations in grain pattern, color, and shade

Small knots, minor surface cracks, or holes that do not affect structural integrity

The organic movement of timber as it adapts to changes in humidity
4. Custom Orders
Items ordered through our Custom Inquiry process are made-to-order and are non-refundable once production has commenced, except in cases of structural damage identified at the time of delivery.
